I've been married to Eric for four years now and and I'll also be sharing our adventures together.

 have a bachelors in Exercise Science and a teaching certification 
through Yoga Alliance.  I am passionate about all things health and originally started this blog as a means of accountability. I will try just about any type of work out or 
activity that will get my heart rate up, calm my mind, make me smile 
or even cry. I love it all!
