I was so mad when I woke up this morning.
I got ready for my run and then stood in my living room for about 5 minutes deciding if I really want to do my tempo training. I hate tempo training. It can be the shortest of the three runs but I still hate it.
The decision was made, and I was not going to go to the gym. 10 minutes later I somehow found myself at the gym.
I did 2 miles and that's it. Done. I was so bugged for no reason. I ran faster than I was supposed to for my short tempo. Probably not a very effective workout. Oh well.
I'm laughing. Dude, at least you got out there! Not wasted.
