Just sat down after a very long day of teaching tap to children ages 3 to 14. My teaching hours for the day were around 7. I'm telling you an hour of teaching dance is like 2-3 hours at any other job. Teaching is so draining, yet very rewarding so I keep doing it.
Now I'd love to be able to make it through a nice tempo run and maybe a Zumba class with my work out bud Rissa.
We'll see if I can get up.
