Life Lately Via Iphone Snippets + A Cleanse

Happy Monday everyone!

It's been busy as usual around the Hansen house the past few weeks. We've been spending a lot of time with friends and family, spring cleaning, training for the SoCal Ragnar, snugglin' & smoochin', making homemade meals and eating a lot of spinach and kale.







I'm really enjoying this time of year and with the sun shinning more and the beautiful blossoms and green grass popping each day it gives me more motivation to do some spring cleaning! There's something about the freshness of spring that just makes me want refresh every aspect of my life. I wish it were as easy as hitting the "refresh" button on the top of my screen but I think I'm gonna need to put in a little more effort than that. One of the best ways to feel refreshed and renewed again is a cleanse. I've done several in the past but I want to know from you...

What types of cleanses have you tried? ...and... Were they beneficial to you?

  1. I hate cleanses! The only time I do one is when I'm sick. Then I'll just do a whole bunch of apple/ginger/carrot juice until I feel better.
