Another week. Man it seems like these things just FLY. I'm so beat with school, work, dance, teaching, and blah blah blah, etc, etc, etc. I still must make time for training and working out! It is so important to be physically active/fit. (I say this as I continue on with my 4th episode in a row of Grey's Anatomy, boo).
My spinning work outs for cross-training are getting more intense. I like it. Except now I feel stiff from this morning's work out.
When I'm done with school in May I'm going to start going to classes more. Yoga, Zumba, Spinning, etc.
Although, I've never been to a spin class. Maybe I'll get to do that sooner than May.
