My spinning work outs for cross-training are getting more intense. I like it. Except now I feel stiff from this morning's work out.
When I'm done with school in May I'm going to start going to classes more. Yoga, Zumba, Spinning, etc.
Although, I've never been to a spin class. Maybe I'll get to do that sooner than May.
