Here's to this week..

I followed my schedule closely last week, only ditching out of a Friday evening yoga class for a free dinner with the in-laws. Yes, it was worth it. Here's to this week.

Monday:
Running - Track repeats

Tuesday:
Cycling

Wednesday:
Running - Tempo training

Thursday:
Cycling

Friday:
Yoga day!

Saturday:
Running - Easy 5 mile run :)

Not a whole lot of yoga this week. I have a mild shoulder injury I'm trying to let heal up first.
