Started.

Officially started training for my first marathon which will be in June. So far, so good. However, I started teaching 2 new yoga classes as well so between teaching yoga & dance and working full time that adds up to be over 50 hours. By Thursday night I'm exhausted so I decided my resting days are Friday and Sunday. Here is a run down of what a typical week's training schedule will look like for me.

Monday:
Running--Track repeats
Yoga

Tuesday:
Cross-training--cycling or swimming
Yoga

Wednesday:
Running--Tempo traing
Yoga

Thursday:
Cross-training--cycling or swimming

Friday:
Yoga

Saturday:
Running--Long run
