This week I have been trying to watch my calories and make sure I stay under my recommended daily amount. After a few days of this I realized I eat a lot more calories than I should. :) It really wasn't hard to stay within my daily amount so I didn't feel like I was starving myself at all. I just wasn't stuffing myself silly. So I'll continue to do this for a couple more weeks to see if I can get to my racing weight.
Speaking of calories..
I just ate my fair share in carbs for tomorrow morning's run. The night before a long run provides three great things. 1- Pasta or pizza for dinner, 2- My favorite yoga class AND 3- An early bedtime.
