Quickie.

Holidays + an expired gym pass + snow and cold weather = lack of motivation to work out. I need quick and effective workouts that will keep me in shape this holiday season that I can do at home until I renew me gym pass.

  1. Go to bodyrock.tv. They post a workout that you can do at home, everyday. Yes, the women dress scandalously, but the workouts are usually 10-20 minutes long and they kick your butt!
