Tuesday Tip on a Wednesday...

This past week Lululemon posted a campaign for people to practice "legs up the wall," a very common part of yoga practices. The goal of this campaign was to help people realize how important it is to chill out and allow your body to recover each day from our life stresses.


To do this posture sit perpendicular to a wall and gently lay back as you push your gluts against the wall. Bring your feet right above your hips and straighten your knees. Anybody can do this posture  and it can be practiced all day if you want! Just close your eyes and enjoy the release you feel from your achy back, feet and legs.  There are tons of benefits to practicing legs up the wall on a regular basis so give it a try! Experience the joy!
