I want to experiment with some workout dvds. I've only tried a few, amongst my favorites are a Bollywood workout (I can't remember the name of) and Lara Hudson's 10 minute Rapid Results Pilates workout. The dvd is great because you can pick one 10 minute workout or combine how ever many you want in whatever order you want if you have more time. Plus, she is a great on screen teacher.
Anybody have any other favorites?
