First Class is FREE!

Starting up a yoga class in Salem this week.

Pretty excited to see how it works out. If you are reading and would like to try it out the first class is free, after that a drop in is $10 or you can purchase a punch card. 5 classes for $35 or 10 for $50. The class is Thursday nights at 8pm and will be held at Lifehouse Performing Arts Academy's new Salem location. The address is 597 North State Road. It is next door to the new South Valley Gym.

We will be doing Ashtanga vinyasa style yoga. A fluid style that moves rapidly through asanas (postures) using the inhales and exhales. While we will honor and find appreciation for the traditional 1st series, we won't be doing the full primary series but switching things up around the series. If you don't know what I'm talking about just come to enjoy all the benefits of yoga you'd like to achieve. Whether it's for weight loss, stress relief or just a way to learn cool tricks then I will help facilitate a place for you to accomplish your intent.
