Don't Cry

Last night I cried in Primary Series.. Just a little bit though. I've cried a little while practicing before but this was a cry of frustration. There are a few asanas in the series that my body tries to resist. Just to show a few:

After remembering that the world wasn't ending and I wasn't dying, I let myself cry just a little bit more (for good measure), and then decided to be grateful that I was there practicing and that not everything was easy for me. I remembered the article from Susan Piver (2 posts back) and decided to practice stillness through breath, bandhas and drishti. Soon after I was in savasana. Relief.
