Was worried about teaching yoga last night with my shoulder injury, so I instructed a class in restorative yoga manner and was able to sleep well last night with no shoulder pain and no dead arm waking me up 10 times during the night. I even woke up this morning and ran my miles AT TEMPO (which is hard) and I felt great!

:) Okay so I took a couple ibuprofen and and smothered my injury in essentials oil as well but I know that teaching yoga had to have helped some what!
