This week I am going to be taking a break from my regular workouts and training. I'm going to be devoting my time to yoga. Hopefully I'll be able to practice every day!
I decided (and this probably isn't a surprise to most) that if I could only do one type of workout for the rest of my life I would pick yoga. It makes me stronger physically and mentally. Practicing yoga grounds me and helps me gain perspective on life. It relieves my anxiety and helps me to be more patient and non judgmental to those around me. Most of all it makes for an entertaining weekend with friends...
