Today, after an early morning spin class, I did a workout that I have been doing once a week for the past month and I'm really loving it. It is a shoulder workout I found on a friends fashion blog. I love this workout because it doesn't take long (only about 15-20 minutes after a warm up) and I'm already seeing results just from doing it just once a week!
