I Don't Wanna Talk About It.

Run number #3 this week was ehhhh, ermmm, a.. good? Let's just say I almost did 8 miles and I felt so great!.. Most the time. :/

Note to self: Do not eat crap the night before your long run.

On another note I was able to go to yoga Saturday morning.
