I used to never sweat. I kind of wished I would more.
Yesterday during my 45 minute cross-training session I sweat a lot!
I really enjoy spinning.
Run #2 is my hardest day!! Ah, it seems like it would be the easiest but the most I've whipped out is 3 miles at my short tempo pace with 2 miles as a warm up and cool down. Why is it so hard? Maybe because it is the middle of the week? My Monday work out is intense. I also have my Adv. Jazz class at school and that kicks my butt! We do stuff like this.......and other crazy things that make me sooooo very sore, but it's fun!!!!
But I don't sweat very much. :)
