I used to never sweat. I kind of wished I would more.
Yesterday during my 45 minute cross-training session I sweat a lot!
I really enjoy spinning.
Run #2 is my hardest day!! Ah, it seems like it would be the easiest but the most I've whipped out is 3 miles at my short tempo pace with 2 miles as a warm up and cool down. Why is it so hard? Maybe because it is the middle of the week? My Monday work out is intense. I also have my Adv. Jazz class at school and that kicks my butt! We do stuff like this....

But I don't sweat very much. :)
