Tummy Meditation


This morning,

6am Ashtanga yoga Primary Series class.

Too bad my stomach had to take over my meditation. I always try to make sure that if I eat before practicing yoga or doing any work out it is at least an hour before the activity. I didn't want to have to wake up before 5 just to eat but during the class I wished I would have. My stomach was so empty it hurt. It was a weird feeling, but I still enjoyed practicing.
