Tuesday Tip :: Dance Every Day

Whether I'm dancing in my car, while I'm doing dishes, or during an organized Zumba or other dance class.. Dancing always puts a smile on my face. Sometimes that smile comes from seeing or imagining how ridiculous I look, but who cares? It always feels great to shake my hips, jump up and down or spin around, especially when doing that to a great song.

There are so many health benefits from dancing. It's a great calorie blaster, keeps your mind alert, and elevates mood (to name a few).

I love that Ellen has a dance segment just for her and the audience to let loose everyday on her show.
Take this challenge (even if you're home alone), turn on one of your favorite up beat songs and dance like you don't care. I promise you'll feel great (or ridiculous) but you'll smile.

  1. I LOVE dancing. Sometimes it's even more fun at home because I can look ridiculous while imagining that I am incredibly amazing & talented. :) I laugh at myself & still enjoy the pretending. This is a great video, too. Thanks for sharing!
