This past weekend I attended one of the most popular natural products shows. Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim. This event is like trick-or-treating for health foodies. Once I got adjusted to feeling overwhelmed by the amount of things to look at, I had so much fun sampling new products and attending conferences. I even won some sweet prizes!
