Mix together:
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
pinch of cayenne
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Rub mixture on one 4oz salmon fillet.
Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. I usually just do this in a George Foreman grill. :)
Eat alone or with a bed of greens. Tada! Salmon can be fun (and still super easy)!
