I agree with this when it comes to eating out. Most the time when we eat out we get too much food and it isn't exactly the most nutrient dense type of food either so you really shouldn't take it home and zap cook it in the microwave for the next day. It never tastes as good anyway and eating out should just be a special thing, not an everyday leftover extravaganza. So if you you're like me and you fill up on a little over half of a plate at a restaurant but you keep picking at it while chatting with your dinner date, pour salt or water all over it and make it less appealing. It's a simple weight loss strategy and will also help to eliminate overstuffing yourself and feeling like crap... Save that for Thanksgiving. :)
